As early as the mid-800s it was known as “Locanda”, one of the first in the country. Over time, the Lanzillotta family has maintained the premises, hosting not only tourists but also local professionals.
From the 50s, from generation to generation, the inn passed into the hands of Rosetta, who for sixty years made cooking her life.
Today Cucina dei Trulli, with Rosetta’s children and grandchildren, has renewed the environment, maintaining the family atmosphere that has always characterized the restaurant. The restaurant will offer you delicate dishes, combining traditional cuisine with the innovative flavors of modern cuisine.
